Biggest robber on this store

This guy is a big fraud.. he made this app so that he could get money…
First: Most of his content appears to be copied from an app called Training for Objective C
Second: This app does not even open up… it shows an alert that there is an issue and when I click reopen… the same alert appears…
All I can say is… this guy needs to pay me back my money
